For mainland UK deliveries we charge:

£4.95 for orders up to £50.

For orders over £50 delivery is free.

(There may be an additional charge for orders over 1kg, to areas outside of the UK mainland and some areas of the Scottish Highlands, see below for more details)

Your order will always be despatched on a next working day service whether this is a courier service or via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.

We will always despatch your order as quickly as possible following order placement, this will normally be the same day or the next day, if due to stock unavailability, your order cannot be despatched we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement, and provide any information we can regarding how long your order may take! As soon as we despatch your order you will be informed via email, this email will give you tracking information allowing you to track your delivery on-line. We will also provide you will contact information and tracking numbers to allow you to contact our couriers on the day of your delivery, to get a more accurate time of when your parcel will arrive.

ValueAquatics use Federal Express, if they are unable to deliver due to you not being available to accept your order, a card will be left with contact details to enable you to rearrange the delivery to a more convenient time, we can also deliver to your work address, you will get the option to enter an alternative shipping address when you place your order.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands will incur an additional postal charge, this is due to the fact that our couriers will hand the parcel to a local courier firm, as these areas are not generally covered, this will mean your parcel may take 2-3 working days to arrive, this additional charge will only be added to orders weighing greater than 1kg. This will apply to the following postcodes:-

AB31 to 38, AB41 to 45, AB51 to 56, FK19 to 21, HS1 to 9, KA27 and 28, KW1 to 3, KW5 to 17, PA20 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH1 and PH5 to 10, PH15 to 26, PH30 to 44, IV1 to 28, IV30 and IV32 and IV36, IV40 to 49, IV51 to 56, ZE1 to 3.
